Your 14-day right to change your mind
Wherever you are in the world, you may change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This includes items bought at a discount or as part of a bundle.
Tell us within those 14 days by emailing trickspet@gmail.com. Then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
On a cancellation we refund the price you paid for the product. Delivery is free on every order, so there is no delivery charge to refund. You pay the cost of returning the goods, and you are responsible for any loss in their value caused by handling them more than you would in a shop. Trying a costume on your pet to check the size is fine; a costume that has been worn out, washed or damaged is not.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Everything we sell carries a two-year guarantee of conformity from delivery. If something arrives damaged, develops a fault, or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photograph where the problem is visible. We will arrange the return or a replacement and we pay the postage.
How to return something
Email us first. We do not publish a return address, because the correct address depends on your order.
- Email us with your order number and what you would like to do.
- We reply by email with a return reference and the postal address to send the item to.
- Pack the item securely, mark it with the reference, and keep your proof of postage.
Please wait for our email before sending anything back. A parcel that arrives without a reference, or at an address we did not give you, cannot be matched to your order and may be refused or returned to you.
Exchanges
Need a different size or character? Return the original item as described above and place a new order for the one you want.
When you get your money back
We refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us you are cancelling. We may wait to send the refund until the item has arrived back with us or you have sent us proof of postage, whichever is sooner.
Refunds go to your original payment method, with no fee. How soon the money then appears depends on your bank, usually a few working days.
What we cannot accept
- Items returned after the 14-day window has closed.
- Items that are worn out, damaged after delivery, or missing parts.
- Items sent back without a return reference.

You don't have to use this form. An email saying you want to cancel is enough.
