Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide.
Delivery times
- Czech Republic and EU: up to 14 days
- Rest of the world: up to 3 weeks
Delivery times are counted from the day you place your order. Busy seasons, public holidays and customs checks can occasionally add a few days. If your order is taking longer than the times above, email us and we'll look into it straight away.
Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, your country may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your local customs office, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the customer. If you're unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before the order ships. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected, we'll contact you to arrange re-sending.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for a long time, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged) and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
