We want you and your pet to love your costume. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.
14-day right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods. You don't need to give a reason. This also applies to items bought at a discount or as part of a bundle. Customers outside the EU can return items on the same terms.
How to return an item
- Email us at trickspet@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. You can also use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.
Please don't send items back before you contact us. We can't match parcels sent without notice to an order.
Condition of returned items
You may try the costume on your pet to check size and fit, just as you would in a shop. If an item comes back washed, damaged or showing more use than that, we may reduce your refund by the loss in value.
Return shipping costs
If you change your mind, you pay the cost of sending the item back. If the item arrived damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return cost or send a replacement. Your choice.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right. Your statutory rights under EU consumer law, including the 2-year legal guarantee for defects, are not affected.
Exchanges
Need a different size or character? Return the original item as described above and place a new order for the one you want.
Refunds
We refund the full price you paid, including any original delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we've received the item back or you've shown proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. The refund goes to your original payment method at no cost to you.
